As part of its commitment to service quality, the company has launched the “Lintasarta Siaga” initiative from December 21, 2024, to January 5, 2025. This initiative optimizes the operations of Lintasarta’s Command Center by integrating the Network Operation Center (NOC), Security Operation Center (SOC), and Cloud Operation Center (COC) for intensive 24/7 monitoring and management of network, cloud, and cybersecurity infrastructures nationwide.
